*edit note...I changed the name of this. I wasn't really happy calling this a self portrait...it is based off of myself but I think it actually turned into something else. More of a self portrait of my soul....while this does look like me in some ways...it is not photo realism. More of myself in my head, more of how I feel and how things look in my head. Honestly that is how most of my art is, its what I see when I close my eyes. Its my escape from reality.
Here it is. Colored Pencil on Sketchbook paper and some black sharpie in the background. 9"x12" Hope its not dissapointing.  Im glad I finished it. I can't believe I am already going to be 30 on Easter. Blarg! The others are in my scraps so check them out if you want to see the progression.FULL VIEW IS BEST! We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
